There are no markings that I could find to indicate the maker. The spots where the stickers used to be make me lean more towards it being by Stone Critters but not certain. It is a lovely figurine, whoever made it. The country/region of manufacture is unknown. In nice vintage preowned condition, may have some slight shelf wear. I was unable to find another like it in my research. It's a perfect addition to any home decor or as a gift for anyone who loves poodles.
